Before Mady Cakes, our family spent ten wonderful years running Cream & Shuga in downtown Jefferson. As our business grew, so did our ovens — and we quickly realized we needed more room to bake all the sweet treats our customers loved. What started as a simple solution for more space soon blossomed into something even bigger: Mady Cakes.

In 2022, we opened the doors to our very own storefront, and thanks to our incredible community, we’ve been busier than ever! Today, not only do we serve our customers fresh from the bakery each day, but we also wholesale desserts to five local businesses — including our original home, Cream & Shuga.

Mady Cakes is a true story of growth, community, and a whole lot of love baked into every treat. From family recipes to new creations, every cake, bar, and cookie that leaves our kitchen is made with the same care and joy that started it all.
